This full interior remodel in the Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach, FL transformed a dated home into a modern, highly functional space with custom features and clean design throughout.
The kitchen was fully reimagined with a large central island, quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry by Built-In By Design, under-cabinet lighting, and upgraded electrical throughout. Over 50 LED lights were installed across the home, along with low-voltage connections for TVs, modern switches and dimmers, and all code-compliant outlets and detectors.
The bathrooms feature new custom vanities, tile, and white quartz tops, all tailored to the client’s cabinet and fixture selections. The master bath now includes a freestanding tub, dual sinks, and a zero-entry shower with frameless glass.
Wide-plank white oak wood flooring was installed in all main areas, and framing adjustments helped square off arched features, rework openings, and improve natural light. New baseboards, doors, custom closet systems, and laundry upgrades polished off the interior.
We finished the renovation with impact-rated ES windows and doors throughout, all selected for symmetry and light. From structure to finishes, this renovation brought lasting value and elevated style to every corner of the home.
