RSI was founded in 2003 as a family owned business with humble beginnings in residential solar, built on a straightforward principle to deliver quality work with integrity and purpose. What started as a small operation quickly gained momentum. By 2012, RSI had expanded into California’s agricultural and industrial sectors, consistently delivering over 60 megawatts of commercial scale solar installations year after year.
As the energy landscape evolved, RSI grew alongside it, transforming into a full service infrastructure contractor and trusted EPC partner. Today, RSI delivers complex civil, electrical, and renewable energy projects across the United States, supporting federal, state, municipal, and private sector clients while maintaining the same small town values it was founded on.
Headquartered in Hanford, California, RSI brings decades of combined leadership experience managing construction projects in diverse and demanding environments. The company’s capabilities span the full project lifecycle, including planning, engineering coordination, procurement, construction, and long term operations support.
