This full home renovation in The Estuary in Delray Beach, FL completely reimagined the kitchen, master bathroom, and guest bathroom, blending clean, modern design with thoughtful upgrades that enhanced both form and function. The goal was to open up the layout, maximize flow, and create beautifully finished spaces tailored to the homeowner’s lifestyle.
To begin, the wall dividing the kitchen from the family room was removed to create a more open, connected layout. Plumbing and electrical were rerouted to support a new oversized island, complete with pop-up outlets and stylish pendant lighting. Recessed LED fixtures brightened the space, while custom cabinetry by Built-In By Design and quartzite countertops with dramatic waterfall edges gave the kitchen a high-end, polished feel.
One of the key features of this renovation was the stone fireplace feature wall. Bookmatched slabs were used to create this stunning focal point of the first floor, complete with a fireplace, recessed tv, and shelving.
The master bathroom was redesigned to create distinct his and her spaces, each with its own upgrades. His side includes a Toto comfort-height toilet, a dual-function shower with a steam unit, and floating mirrors, while her side features a soaking tub, a statement chandelier, and a custom vanity setup. Both areas are finished with crisp white quartz counters and sleek, frameless shower glass.
The guest bathroom saw a full transformation from a tub to a walk-in shower, complete with new plumbing, frameless glass, cabinetry, quartz countertops, and floor-to-ceiling tile for a luxurious, spa-inspired finish.
Updates throughout the home included lighting, new HVAC grills, tile flooring, trim, and baseboards to elevate the overall look and feel. From layout to lighting, every detail was considered to deliver a clean, cohesive, and contemporary result that feels both fresh and timeless.
