With nearly two decades of experience as a licensed general contractor, Audra brings vision and leadership to every project. After years in purchasing and project management for production homebuilders, she launched a small renovation firm that grew into what is now LTD Builders. Her passion for construction is matched only by her love of travel, which inspires her creativity and broadens her perspective on design and lifestyle.

John Gossage
Director of Construction
With nearly two decades of experience as a licensed general contractor, Audra brings vision and leadership to every project. After years in purchasing and project management for production homebuilders, she launched a small renovation firm that grew into what is now LTD Builders. Her passion for construction is matched only by her love of travel, which inspires her creativity and broadens her perspective on design and lifestyle.


Hugh Von Minden + Construction Manager
Hugh manages the day-to-day work on-site and coordinates with trade partners to keep things moving. He’s known for his easygoing nature and positive energy. Outside of work, he enjoys a good round of golf.

Kelly Orr + Permit Coordinator
Kelly is the go-to for everything permit-related, managing approvals and paperwork with the city and county to keep projects on track. When she’s not navigating permitting processes, she’s soaking up the sun by her pool or at the beach.

Michell Gomez + Project Developer
Michell handles estimating, budget tracking, and supports the design process. She makes sure each project runs smoothly and stays on budget. In her free time, she enjoys taking salsa classes.

Edwin Aspiazu + Lead Carpenter
Edwin brings craftsmanship and care to every detail on-site. Whether it’s finishing touches, repairs, or custom work, his hands-on expertise ensures high-quality results across all phases of construction. His work speaks for itself—precise, clean, and beautifully done. Outside of the job site, you’ll find him on the soccer field, enjoying the game he loves.
