Family-owned since 2003, RSI began with humble roots as a small residential solar company, driven by a simple goal: deliver quality, honest work that makes a difference. By 2012, we were serving California’s agricultural and industrial customers, growing into larger commercial projects, and delivering over 60+ MW annually across consecutive years. Now, as the energy market evolved, so did we – becoming a full-scale EPC partner capable of delivering complex generation, storage, and distribution infrastructure projects across the United States without losing our small-town values.

Dusty Howze
Dusty Howze is a licensed general B Contractor with over a decade of experience at RSI and in the renewable energy industry. As the President and CEO, he leads RSI’s strategic vision and growth. Under his leadership, RSI has scaled from a local solar contractor into a California EPC leader.
Roland Stack
Roland Stack founded RSI in 2003. He holds C-10 and C-46 licenses and led the organization’s expansion from residential installation to large-scale commercial EPC, delivering projects across California and other states.
Greg Woods
Serving as Managing Director, Greg Woods is a retired naval officer and licensed P.E. with over twenty years of civil and facilities leadership. With an M.S. in civil and environmental engineering from MIT, Greg brings technical expertise to RSI solar, civil, and electrical projects.
Alex Daie
Alex Daie is the Chief Financial Officer at RSI in addition to his experience as a naval fighter pilot and flight instructor. He received an MBA from Wharton after graduating with honors from the U.S. Naval Academy. Under his leadership, he established RSI’s $100MM Bonding Capacity.
Justin Bush
Justin Bush is a former U.S. Marine Corps Artillery Officer and graduate of the Naval Academy. As a Project Management Officer, he now leads the field execution of a 150MW+ pipeline with a construction team of over one hundred professionals. He is certified in construction safety, project delivery, and controls.
Tony Irvine
Tony Irvine holds a P.E. in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA, bringing both a business and technical perspective to RSI’s approach. With over a decade of design and construction experience, Tony leads design optimization and value engineering efforts as the Director of Sales & Engineering.
Tod Gilbert
Tod Gilbert has over twenty years of experience in large-scale commercial & industrial electrical projects. As Electrical Division Manager, he leads field operations and quality assurance and control for RSI’s electrical scope, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of performance.
DJ Quinn
DJ Quinn has over two decades of hands-on leadership experience in large-scale military and federal construction projects across the US. At RSI, as Field Operations Division Manager/SSHO, he oversees field execution with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
