Dusty Howze
Dusty Howze is a licensed general B Contractor with over a decade of experience at RSI and in the renewable energy industry. As the President and CEO, he leads RSI’s strategic vision and growth. Under his leadership, RSI has scaled from a local solar contractor into a California EPC leader.
Roland Stack
Roland Stack founded RSI in 2003. He holds C-10 and C-46 licenses and led the organization’s expansion from residential installation to large-scale commercial EPC, delivering projects across California and other states.
Greg Woods
Serving as Managing Director, Greg Woods is a retired naval officer and licensed P.E. with over twenty years of civil and facilities leadership. With an M.S. in civil and environmental engineering from MIT, Greg brings technical expertise to RSI solar, civil, and electrical projects.
Robert Goddard
Robert Goddard integrates logistics, maintenance, and enterprise systems to ensure disciplined execution in complex infrastructure environments. He brings nearly 33 years with the Department of the Navy, including Public Works leadership at Naval Air Station Lemoore.
Justin Bush
Justin Bush is a former U.S. Marine Corps Artillery Officer and graduate of the Naval Academy. As a Project Management Officer, he now leads the field execution of a 150MW+ pipeline with a construction team of over one hundred professionals. He is certified in construction safety, project delivery, and controls.
Stephanie Trupp
Stephanie Trupp leads RSI’s Human Resources, supporting our growth and workforce excellence of 150+ employees as we continue to scale operations. She brings strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition and retention expertise, with a strong commitment to company culture.
ToDd Gilbert
Todd Gilbert has over twenty years of experience in large-scale commercial & industrial electrical projects. As Electrical Division Manager, he leads field operations and quality assurance and control for RSI’s electrical scope, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of performance.
DJ Quinn
DJ Quinn has over two decades of hands-on leadership experience in large-scale military and federal construction projects across the US. At RSI, as Field Operations Division Manager/SSHO, he oversees field execution with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
Alex Daie
Alex Daie is the CFO at RSI and a US Navy Fighter Pilot. He received an MBA from Wharton after graduating with honors from the U.S. Naval Academy. Under his leadership, RSI established a $100MM bonding capacity.
Britney Silva
Britney manages projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track. She specializes in coordinating cross-functional teams and navigating complex project requirements. Her approach is focused on efficiency, accountability, and consistent execution.
Janet Gonzalez
Janet is an Assistant Project Manager with hands-on experience supporting utility and solar projects from permitting through inspection. She works closely with county agencies and internal teams to keep documentation, scheduling, and project milestones on track. She takes a proactive approach to resolving permit and inspection challenges so projects continue moving forward.
Kyle Hayter
Kyle has 7 years of solar engineering experience and now oversees project execution and performance across RSI’s growing portfolio. He leads cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and fully aligned with corporate goals and client expectations.
Ashlyn Welsh
Ashlyn is a results driven Operations & Asset Manager at RSI, leveraging a strong background in project management and a proven track record of operational excellence to drive success of RSI’s growing 120 MW+ asset management portfolio.
Morgan Brown
Morgan has 8 years of experience developing and managing strategic client relationships at a national media company and demand generation firm, now leading EPC business development efforts, developing high-value partnerships.
